How does booking a room work?
At SuyderSee Hotel, we make booking your room as easy as possible. With the user-friendly MEWS platform, you can reserve your stay in just a few steps.
1. Open de boekingspagina
Op onze website vindt u verschillende knoppen, zoals "Nu boeken", "Boek uw verblijf" of "Reserveren". Klik op een van deze knoppen om het boekingssysteem te openen.
2. Kies uw verblijf
Selecteer uw gewenste aankomst- en vertrekdatum en het aantal gasten. Het systeem toont direct de beschikbare kamers. Kies de kamer die het beste bij uw wensen past.
3. Voeg extra's toe
Maak uw verblijf nog aangenamer door extra’s toe te voegen, zoals ontbijt, late check-out of andere beschikbare services.
4. Vul uw gegevens in
Voer uw persoonlijke gegevens in, zoals naam, e-mailadres en telefoonnummer. Controleer uw gegevens zorgvuldig voor een soepele check-in.
5. Bevestig en betaal
Controleer uw boeking, kies uw betaalmethode en voltooi de betaling. Zodra de betaling is verwerkt, ontvangt u een bevestiging per e-mail.

Check-out is at 10:30 AM. Late check-out is available on request, for an additional fee.
Yes, your room key can be placed in our night safe. Please contact the hotel for instructions.
Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM. If you wish to check in earlier, we recommend requesting this in advance. We will do our best to make the room available as soon as possible, subject to availability. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us beforehand.
The room rate includes free Wi‑Fi, use of the room facilities (such as the bed, bathroom, and TV), and daily housekeeping. No room service (mini fridge available on request for a fee).
