From 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM; hours may vary in the low season. These hours also apply to our car park.
You can check in between 3:00 PM and 10:30 PM. If you wish to check in later, please contact us.
Check-out is at 10:30 AM. Late check-out is available on request, for an additional fee.
Yes, your room key can be placed in our night safe. Please contact the hotel for instructions.
Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM. If you wish to check in earlier, we recommend requesting this in advance. We will do our best to make the room available as soon as possible, subject to availability. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us beforehand.
The room rate includes free Wi‑Fi, use of the room facilities (such as the bed, bathroom, and TV), and daily housekeeping. No room service (mini fridge available on request for a fee).
The hotel has a small private car park suitable for passenger cars. If you would like to reserve a parking space, please contact the hotel.
If the car park is full, we are happy to refer you to nearby parking options (scroll a little further down the page).
Yes, we have a covered and locked bicycle storage area in our car park, where you can also charge your bicycles.

From the station, it is a 10-minute walk to the hotel.
By car, the best route is to enter the city from the N505 via the Koepoort and take the first street on the left before the Westerkerk.
